Abstract

Summary: Four cases of unsuspected low renal ectopia in childhood are presented to highlight the vital role of routine intravenous urography in al cases of questionadie loner abdomiriai masses and vague abdominal pains with or wi:hut gastro-intestinal symptoms. This simple routine procedure eliminates the need for unnecessary surgery.
