Ethical considerations

This journal has clear policies on publication ethics and malpractices. It is assumed that submitting a manuscript to this journal implies that the same manuscript has not been submitted to another journal, is not under consideration for publication in another journal, has not been accepted for publication nor published by another journal. This is a statement every author must subscribe to in writing at the point of submission. Detection of multiple submission of the same manuscript attracts outright rejection of the manuscript, blacklisting of the author and reporting to the institution of the concerned author(s).

This journal disallows publication misconducts such as data fabrication, data falsification, data manipulation, gift authorship, guest authorship and duplicate publication. Such cases, when detected or reported, will be investigated by the editorial board. The author concerned will be required to provide an explanation and further steps will depend on the quality of defence. If the author is convincingly culpable, they will be reported to their institution for further disciplinary actions and will be blacklisted by the journal. If the manuscript has not been published, it will be rejected but if it has been published, it will be retracted and a statement of retraction will be published by the journal.
