Marfan's Syndrome in two Nigerian Families.

Abstract

 

Summary:  Eight cases of Marfan's Syndrome in two Nigerian families are described. The clinical features suggest dominant inheritance in one of thc families, and a mutation in the other. None of the recognised cardiovascular or renal complications occurred in any of the cases studied.
