Conflict of Interest/Conflicting Interests
Author(s) must disclose any conflict of interest they may have with publication of the manuscript or an institution or product that is mentioned in the manuscript and/or is important to the outcome of the study presented. All funding supports and non-monetary sponsorships (conference attendances, supply of research equipment, inclusive) with respect to the research and the manuscript must be declared by the authors. The editorial board will examine the extent of conflict, if any and evaluate the possible risk of infraction(s). The weight of the available evidence will guide further steps in the processing of the manuscript. Where the conflict is adjudged major, the manuscript will be rejected. The concerned researcher may be advised to be listed under acknowledgement rather than on the authors by-line.
